Support for other packages is not through here, you should consider
using a community support medium to get general recovery assistance.

With regards to NGINX, the system is trying to bind to 192.168.1.8:80,
but errors about not rig able to assign that address.  Verify your
configuration of that IP in the NGINX listen statement matches what IP
your device actually has.  NGINX failures such as this one are less a
bug in the package and more an issue with your site configurations.
