Should be:
burl="${UBUNTU_CLOUDIMG_QUERY_BASEURL:-http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/query}"

Functionality will unchanged and persons using caching /proxy in private
environment (or autocaching in public) will benefit from the caching.
