php5-memcache depends on following package

phpapi-20121212 [amd64]
virtual package provided by php5-common

phpapi-20121212+lfs [i386]
virtual package provided by php5-common

Ref: http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/php5-memcache

In this repository phpapi-20121212 package is included so Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit works
But phpapi-20121212+lfs is not included so Ubuntu 14.04 32 bit through dependency issue
