Okay, this bug can be closed. my pardon.
It was caused because I had modified the user to vmail instead of amavis.
Root cause was that the user amavis didn't have +wx-Permission on vmail's .spamassassin-directory.
Anyway: if ubuntu would have used the newer version of /usr/sbin
/amavisd-new-cronjob that debian provides in amavisd-new_2.7.1-2_all.deb
life would be much easier...
