As user root, I try to start a kvm domain which uses a virtio nic
bridged to br0, but it fails:

# virsh --connect qemu:///system
setlocale: No such file or directory

virsh # start uvd
error: Failed to start domain uvd
error: Failed to add tap interface to bridge 'br0': No such file or directory
