This bug was fixed in the package eucalyptus - 1.6.2~bzr1120-0ubuntu5

  * Log the URL from which we're loading the cloud preseed file.
  * When constructing the cloud preseed URL, strip the port from the cloud
    before appending :8443 (LP: #504157).
