i've got the same problem and i spend many time to search a answer. (oh my head hurts me so!)usb hdd connecterd to a addonics nas adapter

Linux PC-mini 2.6.31-19-generic

somethings strange: i never read about the options "nolinux" and
"noserverinfo" in all the websites and forums i visit.

but IT WORKS !!!
