ntpdate is usually run manually.
Doing 'strings /usr/sbin/ntpdate | grep /etc/default/' shows no
reference to /etc/default/ntpdate.
The file /etc/default/ntpdate ships with Ubuntu.
This is confusing.
Either /etc/default/ntpdate should be used (fix ntpdate) or should not
(remove file from Ubuntu).
