[Bug 495716] [NEW] cyrus-sasl2 should be updated to db4.8

Public bug reported:

db4.8 is now the default in lucid.  cyrus-sasl2 should be updated to use
this version, instead of db4.7; however, it's not yet clear whether this
works - in the past there have been concerns about BDB compatibility
with cyrus-sasl2.
