Nautilus startar ej

Hej, jag har problem med att filhanteraren nautilus inte startar efter 
att datorn varit igång ett par dagar.
Ubuntu 9.04, kärna: 2.6.28-11-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 17 01:57:59 
UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux & Gnome
Går ej att starta via program menyn eller från prompten, den output som 
ges från prompten är följande:

"conny at conny-ubuntu:~$ nautilus

Det enda som hjälper här är att döda processen som tydligen ligger kvar 
sen en tidigare start av nautilus, verkar som den inte avlutas normalt.

Nån som vet vad det kan vara för fel?
