Catching up

Just to let you know that after having a few issues with the
technicalities of screencasting (i.e. losing two of my screencasts) I am
playing catchup (re-recording them). 

Days 4, 5, 6 are already up on the site and ready to go live. I just
need to re-record day 3 and upload then will make 4 live today.
