Subtitles updated

I see that and there is no problem. Most of those who use ubuntu that I
know, have no idea how to use special characters (diacritics ) and they use
a standard US english keyboard. And when they write română it come out
romana, so is, in a way a familiar site.

As a feedback, from the days without subtitles, I get personal messages
from people that write and read on the romanian ubuntu forum. They
find useful the screencasts especially when they upgrade to Gutsy.
There were only two messages but there are only 1750 members on the site.
