Even I'm impressed, but I have another question for you: What are we
SPECIFICALLY going to be given by Shuttleworth?

I agree with that

Alan, "immensely huge". Does the word immensely give you a clue on what
sort of success that I am talking about?

We get lots of downloads. Each video page is viewed many thousands of times,

Yeah, I wish I could brag like that about my podcast. Yet again there is
another reason to make me envious...

Wouldn't we all? In fact, I wish there is a better way to create the
introduction scenes, because every time that i try to record it, the title
doesn't show up properly. I have to do each slide seperately. I wish that
there were other ways to make titles for the screencasts than using
OpenOffice and capture the slide show.

That's good.

Alan, I am reading through the Screencasts that have been published since I
posted mine about Skype. Now there has only been TWO that have been
translated into other languages. Those were the Printing in Ubuntu one and
the one about burning the ubuntu iso in Infra Recorder for windows. You
have to be kidding me. Why ONLY two out of eight out of the LAST MONTH have
subtitles. Now there is a problem that NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED if we have ANY
hope of putting these screencasts in ubuntu because it wouldn't be fair for
those that don't speak decent english like you and I to miss out on learning
through Screencasts.

That is absolute toilet. The main goal should be to allow EVERYBODY to
access these screencasts. When there is a large demand for screencasts in
say, Esperanto, what will you do about it?

Do you have a draft on a wiki page? Or will we have to wait after UDS?
Because we as a WHOLE team need to look at this and critique it so it comes
from us, not just you. WE ARE A TEAM, remember?

Well, I can agree with the over ambitious nature of the project. Although I
still have doubts over the current status of translation at this moment as
you read above.

Yes, the more the merrier.
