[Merge] ~nteodosio/software-properties:drivers-hang into software-properties:ubuntu/master

This has two approvals since almost a month, but is not merged. What is the process here? I came here from the sponsoring report, but this PR is not targeting an ubuntu package branch, so I don't think there is anything to sponsor. And since version 102 is in oracular already, this should at least be 103.
