[Merge] ~xnox/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:nvidia-mantic into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:mantic

Dimitri John Ledkov has proposed merging ~xnox/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:nvidia-mantic into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:mantic.

Commit message:
Update isos with up to date NVIDIA versions

450-server is EOL and deadend, to be removed from Mantic.
    
535 is latest branch, and compatible with 525.
Upgrade desktop from 525 to 535, and server from 525-server to 535-server.

This is based on discussions with Alberto, and NVIDIA recommendations and support time frames for best and widest support.
