Blah sorry did not mean to merge this yet, accidentally picked it up from my local repo when merging Olivier's changes.  Tagging Seb specifically for review here - I won't revert the merge just now but will hold off on uploading ubuntu-meta until we have Desktop sign-off (maybe after the new year).
