Do you mean, subiquity when asked to install /cdrom/casper/minimal.squashfs in English, it could just check to see if /cdrom/casper/minimal.en.squashfs is there? This is maybe a bit over-engineered but I want to be able to access a source catalog over the internet so I don't want to have to be probe for install sources, I want the catalog to be self-contained in that respect. If that's not what you mean, can you explain more?
