Cody Shepherd has proposed merging ~codyshepherd/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:bootable-buildd/dist-upgrade/focal into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/focal.

Commit message:
Add dist-upgrade to bootable-buildd hook to ensure the built image doesn't contain vulnerable kernels or other packages.

This can be tested by building the ubuntu-base/buildd project/subproject, and launching the resulting .img file with multipass, and inspecting.
