[Merge] ~rikmills/unity:master into unity:master

Hi!

When I merged this change I was not sure whether only parts of window-mocker will be dropped, or that package as a whole. Also I did not find where window-mocker was used in Unity — these tests are run neither during build nor during autopkgtest.

Please feel free to revert this change, and ideally make these tests actually run somewhere.
