[Merge] ~rikmills/unity:master into unity:master

According to https://launchpadlibrarian.net/464793328/window-mocker_1.4+14.04.20140220.1-0ubuntu2_1.4+14.04.20140220.1-0ubuntu3.diff.gz only python2 & qt4 were dropped. But it still builds python3-windowmocker. So is this necessary ? This also requires modifying/removing code from unity autopilot.
