Thanks for reminding me rbasak, I have already checked dependencies (3 other -dev packages) and build dependencies (14 packages).

Only one of them is in main and that is the build-dependency libvirt-python
This one won't have any bad effect by the build-dep being demoted.
It will still be a main:binary build only from main src (it doesn't use the xen bits in this particular case, but other universe packages might use them - we don't care about that side of it)
