Review: Needs Fixing

I just talked to Martin on irc and he clarified that MATE will continue using its own theme (different color choices and such), but that he'd like the Ambiance/Radiance upstream to at least not show any rendering issues when used in MATE. This will require much less invasive changes, mainly to the panel styling.
