[Merge] lp:~ubuntu-mate-dev/ubuntu-themes/mate-fixes into lp:ubuntu-themes

I think it might be a better idea to keep the themes separate. MATE already has a fork with these changes and I feel a bit reluctant to add MATE-specific .rc files just for the renames.

I'm also a bit afraid that people working on Unity will break MATE's theming when doing changes (and the other way around). Maintaining a fork would also mean that you can iterate faster, as you don't need to wait for someone from this team to ack changes.

What do we gain by having both use the same theme?

Linking the -panel icon names will be moot once we switch to -symbolic (which is a special suffix that toolkits strip if the file is not found). I'm planning on doing that work this cycle.
