LP: #1422113 - "Missing Complete Icon" - updated gui/gtk/ubiquity.ui
replacing outdated information and warning dialog icon file
references with correct ones as indicated in the mapping file:
/usr/share/icon-naming-utils/legacy-icon-mapping.xml

Rationale:  See launchpad bug - "information" icon is missing from last dialog of ubiquity install because of legacy reference.

Testing:  run Ubuntu-Gnome "vivid" LiveCD, select "Try Ubuntu", copy over all the .debs created by building the source package to a subdirectory in the LiveCD (I just used scp) and install them using "sudo dpkg -i *.deb" (I had to also fix dependencies using "sudo apt-get -f install") then run ubiquity to completion (ubiquity at the command line).  You will now see the "light bulb" dialog-information.svg icon instead of a missing icon.
