I don't think we should add the "video" policy here. It shouldn't require any policy change imo and rather fix bug 1370011 instead. This app doesn't play neither video nor audio. Using policy permissions in such an inflationary way kinda voids their usefulness. If we have to work around it, I still prefer the "audio" policy instead of "video" because that's the actual root cause. The fact that "video" fixes it too seems mostly to be coincidence that the "audio" group is just a subset of "video".
