Fine by me. I don't mind either way.  Though at first glance I would have thought any arbitrary k=v pair listed in the [extra_headers] section of config would show up in the headers, and an empty [extra_headers] or no section at all would mean no extra headers.  Setting 'Distribution = None' seems it should cause the resulting headers to show a Distribution header with value "None".
