I tested disabling headers and work. Steps to disable headers:
1. Set Distribution = None in keystone.conf:
[extra_headers]
Distribution = None

2. Reboot keystone: sudo service keystone restart

3. Check that no distribution is shown in headers: curl -I http://keystone.ip:35357
