[Merge] lp:~gpocentek/heat/default-log-dir into lp:~ubuntu-server-dev/heat/icehouse

The python-qpid issue was fixed in 2014.1~rc2-0ubuntu1 according to the changelog.

I'm +1 on the log-dir change, and was wondering if this default could be set upstream directly. The default logging configuration look somewhat inconsistent across the different OpenStack projects, so it depends if it's going to be considered as a bug or not.
