This is fix for bug #684516. I've changed a line in the currency.h file to replace the "Rs" string with the new Indian Rupee symbol, unicode <U+20B9>. I've built and tested this fix and it works fine in my system.

This is my second attempt to upload a fix because I previously built the package in the same directory where I downloaded the sources and I uploaded the branch with a lot of files deleted and modified, sorry. I hope I've made it all right this time.
