Hello everyone,

This is a fix for bug #684516. I've changed line 34 in currency.h under the src/ directory to replace the "Rs" string with the new Indian Rupee symbol, unicode <U+20B9>. I've built and tested this in my system and it works fine.

This is my first bug fix and I hope I've done everything OK, but I've noticed that Launchpad says this fix has deleted some help and source files. If I've done something wrong, and surely I have, please let me know. I really want to help fixing bugs.
