Ubuntu Budgie August release duties for 22.04 and 24.04

Hi all,

  this is  a quicknote to say that fellow team members Sam Lane and
Mauro Gaspari will be undertaking all Ubuntu Budgie release duties for
both the 22.04 and 24.04 releases in August

Sam is available via samlane on IRC #ubuntu-release.  Both Mauro and
Sam are pingable via matrix 'ubuntu flavors'

Can I also ask that Sam & Mauro be granted the right to confirm the
release on https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker - many thanks in
advance.
