Archiving to old-release timing

Hi,

I am curious when EOL releases get moved to
https://old-releases.ubuntu.com . I am asking because I help maintain
the Ubuntu part of osinfo-db which keeps track of where OS releases
are. I noticed that Ubuntu 21.04 hasn't been moved yet.
