Migrating all seeds to Git

Thanks to Simon for handling the migration of the seeds to git.

This left the instructions on changing the seeds in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SeedManagement out of date, so I have updated
it. If the instructions are wrong, I hope it's at least a starting point
and that somebody will correct them.

I noticed that not all the flavor seeds appear to be in the git
repositories yet, so I left a link to the old bzr instructions.
