So, there have been no complaints about this schedule and, as such,
I've now removed the "draft" warning from the top, and we can consider
this the official Wily schedule.

There is also the usual ReleaseTaskSignup page, with stgraber filled in
for Alpha 1, since he likes to take that and test his machinery, and me
filled in for 14.04.3, Final Beta, and Final Release.  If others can
volunteer for the other optional milestones (or, alternately, decide to
not do those milestones at all), that would be lovely:
