im-config/trusty-proposed still sitting in -proposed

Hi Release team,

im-config/trusty-proposed[1] stays 20 days in -proposed. Oddly bug
number field is empty for im-config in the pending SRU report[2]. Could
you take a look at the SRU bug report[3] and release the package into
-updates if appropriate?
