we do have a concern about a failure in the upgrade path for ubuntu studio
precise -> quantal and would appreciate advisement on how to proceed.

we added the 'photography' and 'publishing' seeds during quantal and don't
have a good way to include these metas when upgrading from precise ->
quantal. our thought was to specifically add these to the -desktop seed in
precise and SRU it but wanted to discuss this with an SRU team member.
