Indeed, the suggestion on StackExchange is better, I modified slightly it to be:
只需一张空白光盘或U盘，即可下载并安装 Ubuntu 桌面操作系统 。无论当前的操作系统是 Windows 还是 Mac OS，您都可以用
Ubuntu 取代，或让 Ubuntu 与它共存。

The sentence on the download page is basically correct, which could
use a little polish:
