Download page updates for 13.04 release

I have a couple of questions for you.

First off, how would you like the messaging for the Chinese/Kylin Ubuntu
links to read (in Chinese) both for linking to the page, and the actual
download page. At the moment we have the following linking to the page:

下载并安装Ubuntu桌面操作系统，你只需要一张空白的光盘或U盘。无论您当前的操作系
统是 Windows 或 Mac OS，您都可以用 Ubuntu 取代它们，亦可以选择让 Ubuntu 与它们
并存。

The download page can then be found here:

We also got the following comment from a user which you can maybe help with:
"To whom it may concern,

Could you get back to me regarding this and let me know your thoughts. We

<Download "Ubuntu Kylin for Raring" only. Or two options: (a) Download
Ubuntu Kylin for Raring and (b) Download Ubuntu Chinese LTS?

We think it's better to keep two options before UbuntuKylin 14.04 LTS.
