   (armel and armhf support).
 * Update sp-rtrace to version 2.0 in Linaro Overlay PPA.
 * Set up test Quantal aarch64 build chroot.
 * Fix equivs packages, shlibdeps overrides and toolchain wrappers to
   multiarch-build.
 * Update Multi-Arch crossbuild status for gettext (any issues in Quantal).
 * Investigate binutils failure to cross-build. Fix submitted.
 * Fix ubuntu_vexpress_defconfig for the kernel to boot on A9 cores (vs TC2).
   Versatile Express is now able to run LAVA tests, both linux-linaro and
   linux-linaro-tracking trees.
 * Add the validation test suite for TI ARM features on Linux (lt_ti_lava).
