1040033: Fresh VM installs via preseeded oneiric isos sometimes fail
with filesystem issues
	-Triaged: Serge investigating.

1024326: node.js is required for access to the dashboard
	-Adam_g investigating.

1025203: Trying to overwrite
'/etc/quantum/plugins/openvswitch/ovs_quantum_plugin.ini', which is also
in package quantum-server
    -Triaged, specific to Ubuntu packaging of quantum modules. Fix in
progress; targeting beta1

1028503: support creating initial user if not present
	-fixed released

1028453: Quantal Ubuntu Server minimal install oversized
	-Confirmed, still need to triage

995285: if /etc/sudoers.d/nova_sudoers is removed, upgrades fail
