The reason is a different one now. As I didn't see a qa-daily-report
bug report about it yet, I filed bug 950676 with an initial analysis.
I think I'm going to need Michael's help on that one.

This seems to be due to a new "apparmor_parser" process which is
running for some 40 (!) seconds. Jamie, could you please have a look
at this?

Is it possible to widen the committers for that project a bit? I
sometimes stumble over stuff that should be tested on upgrade, so if
e. g. core-devs could just add tests there, that might be helpful? Or
do you prefer MPs to ensure that tests stay consistent? (Which sounds
fine, depends on the amount of review you would like to do)
