  /!\ Important regression in boot speed: +35s to 40s in plumbing

== What was done engineering wise? ==
  * Kernel SRU: Automated testing of Kernels on Bare-Metal
(Lucid->Oneiric) and VMs (Hardy->Oneiric)
    Results: https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/view/SRU%20Kernel/

  * auto-upgrade-testing isolated from update-manager code and moved to
its own project.
    https://launchpad.net/auto-upgrade-testing
  * New post-upgrade test to check for obsolete config files, which is
why desktop and server upgrades became unstable (Yellow bullet) The test
is enabled for LTS upgrades and list of obsolete config files is logged
to "obsolote.log" attached as a build artifact.
