The gcc,libsigc issue I mentioned bellow in the "blocking items" section 
will need to be resolved before we can update unity in quantal.

The next upload will probably still be a bug fix one (i.e the equivalent 
of the precise SRU), the unity team didn't show signs to be close to 
land feature work for quantal yet...
