Question on Status Tracker for servercloud

Hello, I have made two topic blueprints for servercloud:

https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/topic-raring-servercloud-ecosystem

albeit a little late.  However, I don't see these topics showing up at
http://status.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-raring/

Is this due to these blueprints being made post feature freeze (Nov
22nd)? If so is there still an opportunity to add these topics to the
status tracker?
