That would be good to reduce the spamming but it would also breaks what 
Evan and Matthew consider one of the main features, telling users about 
problem when they happen and gives an easy way to restart the 
applications when it closed. We could maybe do something like that on 
session start though? If you log in and 5 reports are "waiting" on the 
disk we should probably not have 5 dialogs displaying in sequence...
