You shouldn't have to do another query, the SRU report should know about 
those tag. Using the failed tag for potential issues due to the updates 
makes you confuse confirmed regressions with potential ones which might 
be normal bugs, it means there is a chance you overlook a real 
regression because it's mixed with the noise of "new bugs reported by an 
user running proposed which could be a regression"
