Changes to the SRU processes?

I don't think there is much evidence to support this issue given the
test reports I've ran.

To be clear this is what I expect the workflow to look like:

bot tags an SRU verification bug, Bug A, verification failed and adds a
    comment indicating that Bug B is from someone running -proposed.

SRU team member or somebody interested in the package sees that Bug A is
    verification-failed and investigates Bug B.  If Bug B is not a
    regression caused by the changes in the -proposed package and is a
    regular bug it will be tagged bot-stop-nagging.  Bug A will have its
    tagged changed to verification-needed.

As a member of the SRU team I'd like to be involved in the process of
watching for regressions in packages from -proposed and having these
indicated in the report and process we use would make that easy.  Using
another tag like verification-potential-regression would require one
more search for people to perform.  Additionally, I think this tag is
one for which the bug count would continue to grow.
