What's up with Ubuntu's handling of bugs?

As Ubuntu became more and more popular, more and more people started
submitting new bugs. You must also consider that the number of packages in
Ubuntu has grown too. If, in the past, the bugsquad could deal with the
volume of bugs it received, this is no longer true today. This is one of
the reasons why errors.ubuntu.com was born.

I perfectly know that being ignored can be frustrating, but the truth is
that there are more issues than the bugsquad can handle. By the way,
