Hi Nikola,

You seem to be interested in programming. Have you heard of the ACCU (
accu.org)? They have two magazines - CVu and Overload of which Overload is
available for free from their website (
http://accu.org/index.php/journals/c78/).

Not sure if you're into Linux or not but Linux Voice (
http://www.linuxvoice.com) states "No later than nine months after first
publicaton, we will relicense all of our content under the Creative Commons
CC-BY-SA licence, so that old content can still be useful, and can live on
even after the magazine has come off the shelves"
