Notes from WiFi QA and testing chat

        Hey,

As a followup to the converged network stack session, I took an action
to setup a chat on WiFi QA and testing as to get us closer to have a
test plan for WiFi and perhaps other related network stuff.

I've recorded the discussion at:

but I'm hoping these will move to a blueprint over the next week.

The main followup actions is for Gema to coordinate test plan and
blueprint, Martin Pittand Mathieu Trudel-Lapierre to create a blueprint
to setup a fake environment for testing (hostapd/mac80211_hwsim) and
Gema to start initial basic test plan.

If you have questions, please shoot in reply (please Cc: me) or add
comments to the doc while we don't have a blueprint!
